Introduction

  • All orders are binding by law.
  • Prices do NOT include postage.
  • For orders paid through PayPal we will charge an 5% fee on your total.
  • We do NOT ship to South America & Asia except for JAPAN.
  • For orders sent outside the European Union (EU) you will probably have to pay corresponding tax in your own country.

Way of payments

We accept these way of payments:

To pay with PayPal you need to set up an account on their website. For orders paid through PayPal we will charge an 5% fee on your total.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

When paying with PayPal it´s VERY IMPORTANT that you go through all the steps to complete your order. If you don´t do all the steps we will only receive your payment but not a list of what you have ordered.

After you have clicked the – pay now – button in the PayPal view this message appears:

Your payment for (the total you order for) has been completed.
You are now being redirected to Bootleg Booze Records
If you are not redirected within 10 seconds click here.
You need to wait until your browser automatically redirects you to finish your order. If your browser not supports automatically redirections you need to click on the click here link. If you don´t do this your order will only be registered at PayPal but not in our web shop.

Delivery Time

Our goal is to keep everything you see in our mailorder in stock. At some occasions some of our products might be temporary out of stock, if that’s the case we will get in touch with you with a new delivery time on that product.

Delivery time on package UNDER 2kg:

  • Sweden : 1-7 business days
  • Europe (EU) : 3-10 business days (Inside the European Union)
  • Europe (Outside EU) : 4-10 business days (Outside the European Union)
  • Rest of the World : 6-15 business days

Delivery time on package OVER 2kg:

  • Sweden : 1-7 business days
  • Europe (EU) : 6-10 business days (Inside the European Union)
  • Europe (Outside EU) : 6-10 business days (Outside the European Union)
  • Rest of the World : 7-15 business days

We always send the letters up to 2kg with Airmail and packages over 2kg with Postpackage/Postpackage International

We do not take any responsibility for package lost in the mail.

We always send your package with trackable shipping.

Shipping costs are based on weight.

We can NOT accept orders from South America & Asia except for JAPAN.
(Due to repeated credit-card frauds and multiple lost packages)

Returning goods

You have the right to return goods provided they are in original condition. You must notify us (via e-mail to order@lightningrecords.se) of this immediately upon receipt of the item in question and no later than fourteen (14) days after delivery. Your e-mail must contain the following information: the order number as well as the name of the products you wish to return. Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition and still be in its original packaging (The seal or protective plastic wrapping must not be broken.) Enclose the delivery note or a copy. State the reason why you are returning the merchandise on the back of the delivery note. You have to pay for return postage yourself. You cannot return goods as cash on delivery.

Complaints

We guarantee that the goods you order are in perfect condition when they are shipped to you.

We can not be held accountable for any possible mistreatment the package may endure during the transport. We can not accept refunds or send replacement copies for minor issues such as bend corners or warped records. We examine each item before we ship them. If a record arrives to you with bend corners or a warped vinyl, then that had happened under the transport then file a complaint to your postal courier.

If you should receive an item that is faulty or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. Items that have been delivered incorrectly must be returned in unused and undamaged condition in the original packaging. (The seal or protective plastic wrapping must not be broken.) Enclose the delivery note or a copy. State the reason why you are returning the items on the back of the delivery note.
